The space is use for exhibition, equipped with 8 spotlights. (Approximately 10㎡) It is also possible to display photographic works on the wall, so please contact us. Picture rail is not provided.
Gallery Space Terms of Use
－ Terms of Use －
<Purpose of Use>

It can be used as a place to present works such as art, ceramics, photography, illustrations, paintings, and handicrafts. It can also be used for pop-ups and events.
<Open Date and Time>
-
The gallery is open from 11:00 to 17:00.

Opening days are Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

The basic exhibition date is for 5 days from Tuesday to Saturday. You can also use more or less than 5 days depending on your budget.
<Setup and Removal>

Setup for exhibition between 13:00 and 17:00 the day before the use.

Remove items between 16:00 and 17:00 on the last day of use.

Our gallery staff cannot assist with loading/unloading or exhibition management.

Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring in or take out items by shipping.

5,000 yen per day after the 6th day
- Rental Fee -
<Consignment sales>
30% of sales price (excluding tax) will be charged when accounting, packaging, are entrusted to our gallery
<Sales by Yourself>
No fees will be charged when the user is responsible for preparing change, managing sales proceeds, handing over products.
- Sales Commission -
If you use the free space at the same time, you will receive a 50% discount from the free space rental fee.

Reservations are accepted from 6 months in advance of the date of use. Please inquire about availability at the store or by email.

We will contact you regarding usage details and fees. After both confirm the usage amount and usage details, we will make provisional reservation on the rental space schedule.

Advanced payment ~ Reservation established
Your reservation will be established after you submit the following Usage agreement (PDF download) and pay the Advanced charge (50% of the rental fee) in cash or bank transfer within one week from provisional reservation. Please pay the remaining balance one month before the start date of use. (The transfer fee is borne by the user)

- Cancellation Fee -
Cancellation within 3 months of your reservation：50% of the rental fee will be charged
Cancellation within 1 months of your reservation：100% of the rental fee will be charged

If you wish to cancel your reservation for unavoidable reasons after making your reservation, please contact us immediately.

The amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded to the user's account.

Transfer fees for refunds will be borne by the user.
- Terms for use of exhibitions -

Please discuss your exhibition content with us at least 3 months prior to your use.

During the event period, we basically ask that users stay in the gallery. (Negotiable in case of commision sales)

If we determine that the work is extremely offensive, we may remove some of the work or refuse its use.
<When sales are involved>

Regardless of whether you are selling by yourself or on commision, please submit a list of sales products (list of product names and sales prices) at least 3 days prior to use.

Please prepare your own packing materials, bags, and receipts.

In the case of consignment sales, payment methods for works include cash, credit card and various cashless services. After confirming the sales list that will be given to you after the end of the exhibition, we will make payment by cash or bank transfer. If cashless payment is included, we will deposit the sales amount after deducting a processing fee of 1.98% to 3.24% depending on the payment method. (Cash sales will be paid within 7 days after the exhibition, cashless payment sales will be paid at the end of the current month or next month)

In the case of selling by yourself, if you are unable to be present in the gallery due to various reasons (traffic conditions, poor health, etc.) , our gallery will handle the sales based on the list of items for sale that you have submitted. In that case, 30% of the sales price (excluding tax) will be charged as a sales commission.

If you are a self-seller and do not have cashless payment, please contact us as it is possible to use cashless payment at our gallery. (You will be charged a payment fee of 1.98% to 3.24%)
