This space can be used for reception parties, dinner parties, and simple meetings. It is equipped with an open counter kitchen. In addition to simple cooking, you can warm up food and keep drinks cold. The space is approximately 30㎡.

Permission is limited to exhibitions, various parties, seminars, meetings, photography, classes, workshops, viewing parties, etc.

Monday to Saturday (Not available on Sundays and public holidays)

Reservations can be made between 10:00 and 17:00.

Please use the facility within the time you have reserved for (including preparation, tidying up, and cleaning).

If you wish to extend your usage time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will charge you an additional fee for the extension. However, we may decline your request for an extension if it will cause inconvenience to the next user, etc.

There will be no refunds even if the session ends before the scheduled time.

Weekdays: 2,000 yen/hour
Saturday 5,000 yen/hour
Saturday 28,000 yen/6 hours
If you are using the gallery space and also the free space, we will offer a 50% discount on the free space rental fee.

Applications are accepted from six months prior to the desired date of use. Please contact us in person or by email to inquire about availability.

Our staff will contact you regarding the usage details and fees. After both parties have confirmed the amount and details of the usage, we will provisionally reserve the space for you.
Estimate - tentative reservation
Rental fee payment ~ reservation completion
The reservation will be confirmed if you submit the usage agreement (PDF download) and pay the rental fee by cash or bank transfer within one week of the provisional reservation. (Transfer fees are to be borne by the user)

Free Space
7 to 4 days before the date of use: 30% of the usage fee
3 to 2 days before the date of use: 50% of the usage fee
The day before or on the day of use: 100% of the usage fee

If you need to cancel your reservation after applying for unavoidable reasons, please contact us as soon as possible.

The amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded to your account.

Any bank transfer fees incurred in the case of a refund will be borne by the user.
