About the event
We are pleased to present “There, All Along,” a solo exhibition by visual artist Anne, curated by Gallery Rin.
The exhibition will be held as a satellite exhibition of the Kyōto YouMe Triennale, taking place during the same period, primarily at Shōsei-en Garden and Shigenobu Kaikan in Higashihonganji.

Anne Profile
Anne is an anonymous visual artist currently based in Kyoto, Japan, who explores the boundaries where meaning has yet to settle.
Anne’s practice is rooted in an interest in what exists before labels are attached, what resonates beyond language, and what quietly slips through the structures that shape how we perceive, value, and choose.
By turning these boundaries into places of attention, Anne’s work creates space for overlooked meanings, memories, and ways of seeing to quietly emerge.
